My Danity Closet will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mail-out items, should you not opt for registered mail. Hence registered mail is strongly encouraged. Please be sure that items will be checked before mailing out.

My Danity Closet does not do reservation of items more than 24 hrs.

Exchange Policy
In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us within 3 business days to mydanitycloset@gmail.com including snapshots of the defect if applicable. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within My Danity Closet .

My Danity Closet will exchange the defect item for the same item if in stock. If our item is OOS, customers may exchange for another item. Additional top up will be required if the exchange item if of a higher price.

Returns must be sent back to us within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns after the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us not been worn as well as unwashed. 

We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues.

Shipping 
Registered postage is strongly advised for an additional fee of $2.25/- which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery.  

All orders will be packed for delivery once payment is received successfully.

Product
We make an effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Thus, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen.
